We carry out residential structural surveys and commercial surveys in South Oxhey. South Oxhey is a mainly residential town located in the south western corner of Hertfordshire near to Greater London. There are a selection of local shops in the area along with a few pubs and restaurants. The larger surrounding towns of Watford , Pinner, Northwood and Bushey are within two miles of the town where a larger variety of shops, leisure and entertainment amenities can be reached.

The housing in South Oxhey was built mainly in the late 1940s and early 1950s by the then London County Council following World War II to provide much needed housing in the area. The majority of these houses are now privately owned.

Nearby is Oxhey Woods, which is a nature reserve with nice walks and Oxhey Woods Local Nature Reserve with a range of woodlands and habitats.

Each main section in our survey reports is set out from the top of the building down, i.e. we start with the chimneys first, then the roof coverings, followed by the roof structure, then we move on to the gutters and downpipes and the walls etc, all the way down to the foundations, damp proof course and external joinery. We then look at the interior of the property, the services and the outside areas.
