This section outlines which Building Societies and Financial Institutions own which estate agents and Chartered Surveyors. This list was correct at the time of writing, however change in ownerships are not always widely publicised, so please excuse us if we are not up-to-date.

We have to be extremely careful what we say here as some companies resent us making it public knowledge that they are 'involved' with another, supposedly 'independent' company. We have had threats of legal action over highlighting these relationships so you can understand our cause for concern.

Some of these are multi-million pound companies, some are much smaller, but most are very sensitive about this information. If you discover any other relationships like this that we have not mentioned, then please let us know so that we can investigate further and include it.
