chartered survyors

Yes we know we are biased as this website is about marketing chartered surveyors.  But ......where should we start, there's a lot to tell you.

Only use an Independent Chartered Surveyor who is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Independent Surveyors Association (ISA). Choose the right type of survey for the property you are buying - a mortgage valuation is not a survey.  Make sure the surveyor has suitable experience for what you want them to do and talk to the surveyor before he visits the property.  If you can't talk to them or if you don't get on with them pick a different surveyor.
