Part-time Marketing/PR Consultant :

Specification

• Main requirement is a passion for property
• Part time - flexible working - hours to suit - Approx two days per week.
• Duties will include web site and image promotion, including preparing press releases, and marketing materials, brochures.
• Advising on and implementing long term and short term marketing and advertising initiatives.
• Monitoring profile and awareness, client satisfactions surveys.

The successful candidate will have a passion for  property, be an excellent communicator with energy, vision and flair. Being fully IT literate and having some experience of DTP, web-site design and maintenance, the successful applicant is likely to have a PR/Marketing background and will be rewarded with a competitive salary and benefits package.
